Meet the Founder + CEO

Angela Devlen

Angela Devlen is a multi-disciplinary founder, author, and impact investor, focused on the convergence of resilience, leadership, and technology.

She is the Founder of Meridian Ventures, where she advises CEOs and strategically deploys capital in purpose-driven companies across healthcare, technology, and women-led businesses. She is also Co-Founder and COO of Novera Sports Agency, the first full-service representation firm dedicated exclusively to women athletes, focused on long-term, athlete-first career, brand, and business strategy.

Previously, Angela founded and led Wakefield Brunswick for 15 years, advising leading healthcare organizations on risk, readiness, and transformation. Over the past 30 years, she has advised leaders through crises and built mission-driven enterprises, including health initiatives in Haiti, India, and Nepal, as well as disaster response worldwide. She serves on multiple boards and is Executive Director of The Dysautonomia Project, a nonprofit advancing provider education and patient outcomes in autonomic medicine internationally.
